E&E News Washington Correspondent Nick Juliano will discuss what the midterm elections mean for solar policy in 2015 in his keynote address at the annual GA Solar Holiday Celebration.

In addition to Juliano, GA Solar will honor Joe Bostick Jr., chairman of the Mitchell County Economic Development Authority, for his significant role in siting the state’s first utility-scale solar development under the Georgia Power Advanced Solar Initiative, the 20 MW Camilla Solar Project.

Nick Juliano, Correspondent, E&E News Washington

When Congress is in session, you can usually find Nick Juliano in the Capitol talking to the lawmakers most heavily involved in energy policymaking. He writes for Environment and Energy Publishing about a variety of issues including the status of tax incentives for renewable energy, DOE loan guarantees and trade matters. Nick has been with E&E for nearly three years and has covered energy and environmental policy in Washington for other publications since 2009. He holds a master's degree in political science from American University and studied journalism as an undergraduate at Ohio University.
