David Reeves - Hannah Solar
David Reeves is a Project Manager with Hannah Solar, with 4 years of solar experience focusing on installation, permitting, and inspections. Prior to his work at Hannah Solar, David worked in the San Francisco Bay Area, focusing on solar site engineering. Hannah Solar is a full service solar integrator dedicated to providing the very best in engineering, products, installation and operations & maintenance of solar arrays, electric vehicle (EV) charging stations.
Dr. Dan Geller - University of Georgia
Dr. Geller is an Agricultural Engineer in the College of Engineering at The University of Georgia. He also works for The University of Georgia's Cooperative Extension Service and Southern Regional Extension Forestry. He holds a PhD, MS, and BS from the University of Georgia. He is a Technical Service Provider for The USDA Natural Resources Conservation Service and is a Certified Energy Manager. His work focuses on energy conservation and renewable energy in rural communities. He holds a patent on alternative fuel processing and has published over 30 articles on renewable energy.
Caroline Reiser - Emory Law
Caroline Reiser is the Fellow with Emory Law School’s Turner Environmental Law Clinic. Caroline earned her JD from the University of California, Irvine School of Law. She has worked for Sierra Club’s Environmental Law Program and Natural Resources Defense Council’s Air and Environmental Justice Programs. Her current work focuses on sustainable energy, sustainable agriculture, and protecting natural resources.
Richard Simmons - Georgia Tech's Strategic Energy Institute
Richard Simmons is currently a Senior Research Engineer and Fellow at Georgia Tech’s Strategic Energy Institute (SEI) where he directs cross-cutting energy projects with an emphasis on clean electric power, vehicle efficiency and alternative fuels. Simmons is also director of the Energy Policy and Innovation Center (EPICenter) whose objective is to perform research and outreach in energy policy and innovation with a distinctively regional perspective. He is also a part-time instructor in Georgia Tech’s Woodruff School of Mechanical Engineering, with a specialization in design, mechatronics and thermal systems.
